Garth Brooks Sets Record As Flood Benefit Tickets Sell Out In Record Time
Garth Brooks knows how to sell tickets, and it's obvious that the country music world still loves him! Garth decided to put on a show to benefit the flood victims of Nashville's devastating 2010 flood and the demand was pretty amazing, even for Garth!
One show quickly turned into two, then three.. finally stopping at nine shows and 140,000 tickets sold! Garth raised $3.5 million for charity and will make a whole lot of fans happy. The amount of tickets sold set a record for a single day's tickets sold in the state of Tennessee.
Garth will play the nine shows over six days from December 16th through the 22nd. Way to go Garth!
